Paola follows up our IN FOCUS premiere last month with her unique focus on style and travel. In Focus seeks out talented and up and coming bloggers/stylists to introduce and share their perspective with our audience. Read the interview at GiGi New York.
In collaboration with Jennifer Palpallatoc, the author of the fashion lifestyle blog “Haute Off The Rack”, we are introducing the Jenn Bucket Bag. Streamlined and simple this fresh take on a traditional bucket bag shape has both a single top handle and a crossbody option.
Today we are premiering a new capsule which focuses on emerging individuals of interest in our business. For our first In Focus featured we chose Maggie S. Chan of clothstomidnight.blogspot.com. Maggie captured our attention with both her visual style and intriguing photography. Digging deeper, we feel we found someone we are excited to introduce as the kick-off to our new In Focus feature.
For our Navy & Cognac Embossed Python launch we spent the day with GiGi New York staff member Julia O’Connell in the beautiful town of Cold Spring Harbor. Old barns, boat filled harbors, and quaint lunch spots all made for a picturesque fall photo shoot.
We are so happy to have featured by Rent the Runway on their “It List”! Have an event or a big vacation coming up? You can now rent a GiGi New York handbag or clutch from Rent the Runway for as little as $25!
Recently we asked Erin Gates from Elements of Style if she would like to collaborate on a custom handbag this spring. We were excited when she said yes, and pleasantly surprised when two days later she came back to us with this amazing concept!
We immediately went to work in our New York factory to bring her vision to life.
Soon we had a completely new design that everyone in our office loved!
From concept to reality the Gates Satchel was ready for its close up. Lights, Camera, Action!
Today the Gates Satchel has launched, we would like to thank everyone involved for their hard work and dedication. You can see all five Gates Satchels on the GiGi New York website and on Elements of Style.
